Add the vendors your customers are asking for, backed by a distributor who can actually help you sell them.
The Kernel is a specialist cybersecurity distributor focused on identity, authentication, and security operations. We carry 12 vendors across these categories and we support our channel partners with the technical depth, training, and pre-sales help that closes deals.
Most distributors can get you the product. Few can help you sell it.
If you have been in the channel long enough, you know the pattern. You sign up with a distributor, get access to a vendor's price list, and then you are largely on your own. Technical questions go unanswered for days. Marketing support is a PDF nobody asked for. Pre-sales help means a vendor call that takes two weeks to schedule. That is not how The Kernel works.
Your team does not know the product deeply enough
Identity and authentication products are technically complex. Without solid product knowledge, your sales team loses confidence in front of technical buyers. We provide the training that builds genuine expertise, not just feature familiarity.

Pre-sales support is slow when you need it fast
When a customer asks a detailed technical question during an active evaluation, waiting two weeks costs you the deal. We provide rapid pre-sales support from a team based in the region.

The vendor does not understand your market
European and American vendors often do not understand MEA compliance frameworks, procurement processes, and business culture. We bridge that gap so you are not explaining the region to your own vendor every time a deal progresses.

More than access to a price list. A partnership that helps you win.

Technical pre-sales support
When you have a live opportunity and need answers fast, our technical team is available. We join customer calls, scope solutions, answer architecture questions, and support PoC deployments. You are not on your own with technically complex products.
Sales and technical training
Structured training for your sales and technical teams covering product positioning, competitive differentiation, architecture, and objection handling. Refreshed as products evolve, not a one-off event.
Co-marketing and demand generation
We run webinars, events, and campaigns. As a channel partner you benefit from this activity: we drive awareness and pass qualified opportunities to partners who are positioned to close them.
Deal registration and protection
When you register a deal, it is yours. We do not create channel conflict by working the same opportunity with multiple partners, and we do not go around you to the customer directly.
Certifications and accreditations
We help your team get vendor certifications that open doors with enterprise customers and qualify for better commercial terms from the vendors themselves.
Market and compliance knowledge
We have 30 years of experience in MEA markets. We understand how procurement works in government and financial services in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
Traditional PAM is complicated to deploy and slow to show value. Fudo is not.

12 specialist vendors.
One focused area: identity, authentication, and security operations.
Every vendor in our portfolio was chosen because their products address a real, specific problem. We do not carry general-purpose security tools. We carry the solutions that address the specific gaps that attackers exploit.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Kernel's onboarding runs in five steps: an initial conversation about your organisation, identifying which vendors fit your market, a straightforward agreement, sales and technical training on the vendors you carry, then deal registration and active selling. The process takes days rather than months.
Three tiers. Registered gives price list access, deal registration, basic training, collateral and portal access. Authorised — the most common — adds pre-sales technical support, structured training, co-marketing inclusion, improved terms and named account management. Premium adds joint business planning, early vendor access, joint event presence and best-in-class terms.
The Kernel operates deal registration with protection. A registered deal belongs to the partner who registered it. The Kernel does not work the same opportunity through multiple partners, and does not approach the end customer directly around the partner.
The Kernel's technical team joins customer calls, scopes solutions, answers architecture questions and supports proof-of-concept deployments. The team is regionally based, which matters during an active evaluation where a two-week wait for a vendor call loses the deal.
The Kernel partners with resellers and VARs, system integrators deploying identity infrastructure, managed service providers needing multi-tenant and MSSP licensing models, IT consultancies advising on security architecture, partners referred by a vendor, and regional specialists across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Nigeria, Kenya and the SADC region.
Yes. The Kernel supports partner teams through vendor certifications, which open doors with enterprise customers and typically qualify the partner for better commercial terms directly from the vendor. Training is refreshed as products evolve rather than delivered once at onboarding.
The Kernel runs webinars, events and demand generation campaigns, and passes qualified opportunities to partners positioned to close them. Authorised and Premium partners are included in co-marketing activity, and Premium partners get joint presence at industry conferences.
