Shipping and Deliveries
We ship via DHL and FedEx in the Middle East. Shipping is tracked and requires a signature on delivery. Relevant customs and taxes are paid on delivery by the customer.
We only ship packaged brand new products. Products are shipped within 1-3 days of successfully receiving payments. Upon receiving your payment, we will automatically send you a payment confirmation email. You will receive a second email when your order ships. Typical delivery time within the Middle East is 5-15 working days.
Cancelation
You may cancel your order at any time provided your order isn’t paid.Paid but unshipped orders may be canceled if you notify us within 2 days of payment. We will refund any paid amount but relevant bank fees may apply for such refunds depending on your original method of paymentShipped orders may not be canceled. If your order has shipped, please see our returns policy belowIf you place an order and it remains unpaid for 15 days, it will be automatically canceled
Returns and Refunds
Products qualify for return in the following cases:When your received product does not match customer placed order as a result of an error, e.g. incorrect part number, incorrect quantity, incorrect product, duplicate shipment, etc.When received product is defective. Subject to warranty terms (see Terms & Conditions)When received product is damaged during shipping.No restocking fees apply in case of incorrect shipment or defective product.Returned products must be undamaged and shipped via registered mail.The full value of your order will be issued upon return
Fees and Time Frame
Delivery time frame within UAE is 3-7 working days. Delivery fee for most shipments is AED 50 (additional customs and VAT may apply depending on the value of the shipment). Shipments above 5kg should get a custom quote from our customer support.Delivery time for GCC countries is 5-15 working days. Delivery fee within GCC is AED 120. Shipments above 5kg should get a custom quote from our customer support.Delivery time frame internationally is 7-20 working days. Delivery fee internationally starts from AED 150 depending on destination. Customers are responsible for paying their own custom duty and taxes at the destination.
